Judith Hoag - possibly joining TMNT-2
 

As we all know Judith Hoag played the original live action APRIL O'NEIL.

Her tweets as of late have been somewhat cryptic...but they allude to her

1) travelling to NYC (from LA)
2) doing a wardrobe fitting
3) and meeting 3 out of the 4 guys working on the same project

people keep asking her about it, but she's been very tight-lipped regarding details of this 'secret' project she is working on.

While I'm not psyched about them constantly adding more & more people, if you're gonna do it, this is how you do it. Neat. Love her.

I say get rid of the Lingerie model and the NBA guys and give all their screen time to Hoag besides Hoag's screentime if this is legit.

This is probably only a cameo but if not then get rid of someone else.

No more new cast members after this. It's already way too cluttered. Before it's all said and done, the TMNT will only have about 30 minutes of screen time In their own freakin' movie. :roll:

But the pizza reminds her of a guy she once knew? Yeah, that sounds suspicious. lol

It would be so great to see Judith Hoag in another TMNT anything, let alone a movie. I hope she is indeed in it because I would love to see her in it. :tcool:

I bet her cameo will be just as awesome as Kevin Eastman's was!

This is interesting, because ION was doing it's weekly matathon of Criminal Minds, which both she and Mae Whitman have done episodes of! Talk about a coincidence.....

I would love to see her make an appearance, I hated that she wasn't in #2 or 3 as a kid. She has aged so well, she's stunning.

I've got a better idea - fire Megan Fox and make Judith Hoag April again; it's something that would actually get my ass into a cinema seat.

So is she going to be April's mom or something?

I thought the same thing. I really don't care what she plays, I would just love to see her back.

Just like Kevin Eastman's involvement it'll probably engender the same amount of an good will; none.

If Judith really is in the new movie then we certainly are getting quite a packed cast and I'm sure more to come and people are banking on more turtles in this movie.

IF you wouldn't join tmnt 2 or 3 you sure as hell shouldn't sign onto this thing. Keep your name synonmous with the BEST film of the franchise.

Judith Hoag Favorited a tweet I made about her possibly being in TMNT 2.

She must think you're so clever for "figuring out" what her next big project is. :P

Those are some heavy-handed "hints", that's for sure.

To be fair to Judith, although I'm well aware she's indeed been "doing stuff", to most people, they only know her from TMNT and that's all. So, from her perspective, there's no better time to get her name and face out there again in front of her biggest "audience". She most likely saw how much money the first one made and wished she'd done that one, so she probably campaigned for a spot in this one. And since the first movie turned off a lot of the old-school fans, the producers probably see her as a good nostalgia gimmick to get some of those fans to reinvest in the movie.

It'll probably be, like, a minute or two of screen time, but since we're already talking about it, it did the job.

No but it's totally okay this time! Because apparently the Turtles might be in the very beginning of the movie!

This is how low the bar has been set. We're excited that the Turtles will be in the very first few minutes of their own movie.

And people actually paid money to see the first movie. And then bought the DVD after that.

I've apparently seen her cameo in a bunch of stuff where I didn't know it was her. Like the newest Nightmare on Elm Street. Weird.

Yeah I remember seeing the 2010 A Nightmare on Elm Street and during the movie I said "That's April O'Neil!" :tsmile:

Oh so she has appeared in other Bay films....

So her chance of appearing in Turtles 2 is very, very high. Great! :D
