So what day is it coming out?
 

I feel like an idiot cause im a big video game fan and an even bigger tmnt fan but i dont know when the game is coming out. Ive seen so many different release dates...i remember it used to be the 9th...then i saw a poster at toy works that said reserve your copy for october 22nd...but then in an ad in a toy magazine it said october 17th....so whats the exact date?

I'm worried cuz I dont know if it will come out in the UK on that date, its killing me as it is, but knowing that I will have to wait longer, will just destroy me.

Because of that I have long ago decided not to support PAL games, Im buing all my games in NTSC today.

exactaly. i feel sorry for you guys over there.... we've had some games for a year, and you're just now getting them.

Some games don't come here at all. SO I have decided to buy all my consoles and games from US. Hell, it's even cheaper.

I went to EB today and told them to look it up on their computer...they said october 22nd...but someone said october 21st on gamestop.com?

Does anyone know if the NTSC version of the game will work on a PAL Gamecube?

I know the GBA version will work on ANY GBA. As I own a Japanese Final Fight One

I don't think it will work on your GC, but you could probably buy a disc that lets you load it in to your GC anyways.

Yep, NTSC games won't tun on APL machines directly, in the case of gamecube there is a disc called "free loader" wich allows you to play import games. Doesn't work for all games though, or So I've heard.

Oh well, I will just have to get the imported GBA TMNT for now, that should keep me entertianed. *hopes it will work on Gamecube Gameboy Player aswell*

As ar as I know, GBA games still don't use region protection.

UK release will be April 2004 unless Konami finally realise that the smart thing to do would be to release it 4 Christmas.

In the official playstation 2 magazine here in the UK the release date chart had Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles down for an October release. I also looked up the amazon.co.uk release (not amazon.com) and found it to be november...so I really hope it's out either October or November here, April 2004 would be too long to wait

Its just that when I went to Playstation Experience, Woo Woo GOOOO Dinny :thumbsup: , on the screens at the Turtle booth it said, 'Coming Spring 2004'.

Hopefully with turtles figures probably heading to be the #1 xmas seller they want to get the game out here quick too..they'd better do :evilgrin:

In the E3 trailer, Leo says "October 21st 2003 - on Sale!" I'd trust him over anyone else.

I've heard October 22 for the US... Don't know if that's exact or not, but I'll be watching the stores like a hawk around that time.

Normally when companies announce a release date, it's actually the shipping date. Places like Gamestop will get it the next day, while places like Best Buy will get it two days later. So I'd assume it will be out on the 22nd.

Yea I just preordered my copy and its for october 22nd...so thats when i will be there to get it.
