How old where you when the TMNT first came onto TV or when you found out about it.

I was 3.

My age is of no importance.

But to get back on topic, I was 11 when the original show first started. :)

Take one question out of my thread, and make an entire thread out of it...sheesh.

Anyway, I was 3 when it premiered (I turned 3 only 2-3 months prior).

Hmm....1987...I was four in September, depending on what time in that year the TMNT show made it's debute I was either three or four, very young.

Well, since I wasn't born until 1988, I wasn't even born when the original TMNT started! :lol: :D :o :P But I sure got into, not sure how though...

I was in high school when I got into it, that was 1989.

Dude I'm one of the OLD ones. I'm 32! I was a freshman when I got into the TMNT. :-)

I was about 4 or 5 considering I don't remember anything before that. I do remember playing Ninja Turtles with my pre school friends.

I was 4 years old when the cartoon started I guess. Of course I didn't start watching the show until I got into the the Turtles, I would have been 8 when I started tuning into the cartoon.

I was born in 1980, which made me around 8 years old when I started getting into the TMNT!

When the cartoon started in the US I was 4 years old, when it started in Germany I was 6.

I was born in 1988 when season 2 was around.

I started watching it when I was 5 back when my older cousin was still into it.

its nice to know that we where all born around the time to see the old toon.

I was born in 87, the same year it came out, and I got into it prolly when the movie came out.

I was about four years old, I rember having o ask someone to read me the title of the episode, or how great saturdays where when cbs would air two episodes

In 87' I was 7 I think, but it depends on what month TMNT came out exactly. If it was Dec 87' then I'd have been 8 I think.

In December 1987 I was 5 years old. I had been into He-man and Thundercats prior to TMNT. I do remember watching the show with my friends. It was so fun, and the show was on daily, not just a lame once a week. They sure were the good old days, since I have no friends now, not for 5 years. I am now 21. I really miss having friends and doing things together, like watching cartoons and going to toy stores. I am really into the new TMNT show and toys, but boy do I wish the old show would be released in dvd season sets.

I was in the third grade when the old series came out.

When the show premiered in 1987, I was 4 years old. One of my first memories about the show was discussing Donatello's latest invention, the Cheapskate, with my neighbor who went to kindergarten with me, so I was 5 at the time.

If it came on in 87, I was 7. Interesting stuff this is.
