Raphael's girlfriends.
 

Hmm, kind of a love triangle here. In the original animated series, Raphael's girlfriend was Mona Lisa, a mutant lizard. In the Archie comics, Raphael's girlfriend is Ninjara, a member of the Fox people. Which do you prefere?

to me his girl friend is ninjara....well because they were together for more then one episode / issue....
I don't remeber anything that really made mona lisa raph's girl friend...
but hey what do I know lol...they could be together...

I debated doing a love triangle thingy in my fan comic (or at least do one of my little side strips about it), but I just couldn't remember Ninjara or Mona Lisa well enough...so I nixed that idea....but more on topic here...I voted Ninji...though I HATE how that ended up.

umm....I don't know who to pick because I didn't see that much of the old toon and I've never really read the comics. Could someone post pics of them both and maybe give a summary of thier relationship with Raph? It would be very helpful. :D

The truth is, I think Raph is a much better character when he's single. If he gets a girl, then his appeal goes down in my eyes. He's much stronger of a character and a lot more interesting when he's searching for a cure to his loneliness.

At least that's what I think.

Mona Lisa was ok...I barely remember the ep but it was cute.

it seemed like raphael ended up with a foxy girlfriend if you have read the arhcies adventure future storys in the future raphaels wife is mezcaal and she looks just like ninjara.
anyway i dont know who mona lisa is just saw some of her pictures but if i were raphael i would pic ninjara she got style and beauty to sad for raph she dumped him, if raphael just had listened to future raphs warning in the future shark trilogy maybe ninjara and him could have been still together.

Of course Mezcaal looks just like Ninjara! She's Ninjara's grandaughter..or great granddaughter....either way it's wierd that Raphael married the descendent of his true love. :P

Ninjara all the way tho.... Raphael ends up with Ninjara in 2 of my stories. I have Mona Lisa in my story too... I'll always be a Raphael/Ninjara fan tho.

I also think he's better single. It just kind of hurts my head to think of any of the Turtles with a girlfriend.

I voted Ninjara, I have'nt seen the Raph and Mona Lisa episode in about Fifteen or so years, I think the time I saw it was the time it aired and I never saw it again. And Ninjara seemed cool so yeah...... :ohwell:

havent see any episodes with mona lisa either venus, but in my eyes ninjara/umeko will always raphaels big love.

sadly, i havent seen all of the old cartoons, or read any archie comics :(

Did actually Mona Lisa appear in more than ONE episode ("Raphael meets his match") of the old series? Haven't seen all of them, but I remember her from only this single ep.

Mezcal, I understand was named after some kind of plant...well, I think they misspelled it. It's a tree called a Mescal, there's a few of them at the Alamo- i saw this tree and the sign explaining it's species and I was like..that's interesting...they misspelled Mescal.

its upsetting me they made a toy action figure out of mona lisa who apeared in one tv show, but they didnt do it when ninjara apeared in almost every single comic from number 28 untill the last tmtn comics from archies.

Playmates didn't incorparate much of anything from the Archie series into toy form, then again the Archie series left Casey out.

i know slash, ray fillet, merdude, mondo gecko, wyrm, wingnut and screwloose were all from the archies world and it would been great if they made a toy or figure of cudley the cow.

Cudly could have been a Figure/Vehicle.

i always wanted a raphael figure with his black suit that he was wearing in a couple of numbers.

Yeah, his "Intergalatic Wrestling" suit, I made a custom figure, by just painting a Raphael black.

he he i tried that but after a while the paint went of and its looked silly.
the four fighting turtles when they fought eachother would also bee nice.
ace duck and leatherhead was fighting eachother i think.

Ace fought Leatherhead in issue 7 of archie and the TMNT foguht Cryin Houn in that same issue. It was issue 37 that the Turtles fought eachother.

yeah i hated that donatello won i always wanted raphael to win.

I figured the finale would be Leo vs Raph.

leo vs raph couse you always see in the cartoons and the movies leo and raph is not enemys but they always arguing and pushing eachother.

they could also made a fighting tournament with villains like bepop, rocksteady, shredder, krang, armaggon, rat king etc
in a game or something.

or making a game with the most famous villains fight eacother like dart vader vs shredder or freddy kruger vs lex luthor etc

Your going to get probed with a unicorn by aliens from the planet Garkax 10 in the galxey Zoonib 5 before that happens. To obtain the rights to so many differnt characters like that would be insane and laywers wouldnt have it <_< It would cost alota money.
