It was the Turtle Trek episode! That was my fav of season 8. Shredder and Krang enter in 3 episodes of season 10. They're called:
The power of Three
A turtle in time
Turtles to the second power
In the end of Turtles to second power, the turtles send Shredder and Krang back to dimensio X.
I wish the turtles killed them! WHY? I WANTED TO SEE SHREDDER AND KRANG DIEING AND BLEEDING!

Thanks "Jet-ski_Ninja" you helped me out alot I cant wight intell those episodes come out on DVD but that wont be for a few years yet so can u tell me where I get those episodes on video.

Did Dregg first apper in Dregg of the Earth?

It was called "The Unknowed Ninja."
Don invented a camera to record the turtles battles. When they were watching the reruns Raph spotted a guy in a motorcycle in each recorded battle.
Then they found Carter in the sewers and block his way.
Carter: HEY! Do you treat every visitors like this, or is it just me? I tried for weeks to find your lair.
Raphael: Look, we appreciate your efort, but WE DON'T GIVE AUTOGRAPHS!
Carter: I don't want your stupid autograph! I want to meet your teacher, Hamato Yoshi!
This was how they met.
