First movie (just saw it last night...)
 

Ok. Last night was the first time that I'd seen the first movie and I noticed a lot of things (other than that the new cartoon didn't follow the movie at all...). Did you see the part where the camera's on the house for like, a minute or two and there's a turlte (not sure which) walking by the side of it and suddenly stops and looks down at the ground. I'm sure everybody's seen this, but I hadn't and I just thought it was kinda cool. :P

I think he's talking about when there at the farm and at one point Don is walking by the house whistling "old Mc Donald had a farm." :P

i just saw this movie a couple of nights ago for the first time in ages but i didnt remember even seeing a house... i mean, how cool can it be to see a turtle in a turtle movie?

Yeah, it's when Don or Mikey is walking by the house humming 'Old Mac' (LoL) and he suddenly stops and looks at the ground at something. I laughed so hard at that for some reason (cause it was funny...hardy har har)

I love that scene too! It's right after they get up to the farm house. I'm pretty sure it's Donny because of the voice. He walks by the side of the house and then it looks like he steps in something unpleasant (hey, a farm house that's been abandoned for years is bound to have something stinky lurking in the high grass). He then back up a couple steps to clean it off the bottom of his foot.
I've loved that little bit because it was completely unnecessary except for the fact that it shows the turtles as regular characters, not just freaks.

I always liked that part too... Dunno why, exactly... but I always liked it. :)

I like how Donny acts like such a 'wild guy' in the first movie. He doesn't seem to be like that in the new cartoon at all....

Actually, Don was a little OOC in the 1st one, he didnt get to be a geekoid and tick away at a computer or something. BUt he was still cute in it.

I read somewhere it was a bee Donatello looked down at and that's why he turned around suddenly and backed away in a cautious manner. The bee's buzzing may have gotten editted out of the film at some point so that'd explain why Donatello's actions were puzzling to figure out. :wink:
