Do any of you know about www.baysoftgames.com ?

I ordered a PS2 flip-top from them in SEPTEMBER and to this day, I NEVER got it. They gave a CRAPLOAD of ****** excuses. Recently, I asked for my money back NUMEROUS TIMES, they NEVER replied. WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW?

Why the hell did you even buy from somewhere like that in the first place? It all seems pretty insecure to me. I'd never buy from there. You'd be better off getting it off ebay or something like that.

Insecure? They didn't even give a phone number. Good LORD did I get screwed..

I would go to the town where they are at and find they building and personally see to it that you get your stuff. If they dont return it then sue them. Thats utterly stupid. I would be very mad. Some guy sold my Dad something on Ebay and never sent it. The guy only lived a few towns over so my Dad went to his house and the guy gave it to him in fear of my Dad kicking his ass :lol: That guy looked like he was gona crap his pants because he tried to rip my Dad off

If you used a credit card, you might consider contacting them and seeing if they'll reverse the charges. Or contact Yahoo! Shopping who support baysoft games (though they are not legally responsible for the merchants failure to give you your goods) to see what they can do. They are located in New York, and I've never had any trouble with them, even on little obsure things like Sega Capsule toys from Japanese vending machines. They're very reputable....possibly more than Lik Sang.

i would jus cut my loses, no offense, but it is ur own fault, for using a service like that. but i would also be royaly pissed, and go there and kick sum1s ass, for my inconvienence.
