what would u have had happen to him?? don was a cyborg (which p*ssed me off seeing as how he is my fav.), raph's face was messed up an leo lost a hand. Baby boy mikey came out without a stracth

Oh, I'm sure he was next in line to get mutilated, or have something horrible happen to him (like Splinter being turned into a bat). Maybe he would've lost his shell in a heated battle with Mako. :razz:

All things considered, I'd be expecting Mikey to not end up with a physical injury, but a psychological one. Or losing one of his senses, like hearing. Or his speech.

Something to keep him from talking LOL I am mean and yes I was ticked about Cyborg Don too.

i didn't mind what they did to Raph's eye (sorta. i'm still really mad about it though) but i really want to kill whoever suggested to chop off Leo's hand and turn Don into a cyborg and swap Raph's personality with Don's and vice versa. if Mikey had something chopped off it might've been a foot or his leg. i can see him now, walking about with a peg leg :lol:

A peg leg? LOL! That's horrible! Waitasec, didn't Playmates release an action figure of Mikey as a pirate? Maybe that peg leg idea could've worked. ;)

I didn't even consider a psychological injury. Mikey is supposed to be the emotional anchor for his brothers. Getting rid of that by messing with his mind would've probably been worse than a physical injury.

I have this sinking feeling that Krow got the misconception that Mikey lost his voice in the Image series based on my custom figures.

I posted these on the auxilliary board a month or two ago, with those little bios, which were the starting point of my vrey-far-from-done fanfic "Distorted Image".

Occuring two months *after* the Image series, the designs (using Next Mutation and Jim Lee figures as the basis) reflected a second phase in their evolution, which I plan to wrap up by their 20th birthday (ten months away from Page 1).

These figures were a set I did back in 99 or so, and I no longer have them (the paint was wrecked by long summers in the basement), but I've done up a new batch that's a step above these, and is just awaiting Donatello (who's chest needs a simple Turtle-like design instead of Lee's overkill of wires and belts.

I really hope I didn't confuse anyone with those bios.. They are not meant to retell the Image story, but, like I said, begin to tell my story, of how the Turtles emerged from their teens into the adults they are in Volume 4.

You're right, and the story you've planned is so damn good I got confused. :D

Holy biscuits! That's the first time I've seen those customs. Those are incredible, SE. I'm amazed at the attention to detail... It's as if they walked outta the pages of Image. Absolutely awesome.

Don is my fav also, and while I didn't mind so much that he was turned into a Cyborg (Because the way he HAD to become one was pretty cool... what with his shell and spine being totalled) But the Image story just got out of hand, and who the heck got paid to design THAT version of Donny? The comic version was retarded. They should've made him keep his original shape, but with parts of him being chromed over, and maybe a nice Chrome shell and some wires. Of course he'd still have his morphing ability... so he'd still have his bo... and he could even make seperate objects from his metal parts... like make a seperate bo.... or make a spare sword for Leo or something... now that would been better. And there was too much "Astro-Plane" in the Image comics.

As for Mikey... he should've of wound up with some kinda mental incapacity... say he saw something terrible.... something totally unimaginely cruel and brutal... a kid being mercifully killed or a class of children bein slaughtered, or he has a little pet from the start of the series, and it gets killed... and he's on his own... and just goes Berserk... beating down like he never has before... gruesomely and unremorsfully, and afterwards he snaps out of it... to see what he's done and can't deal with it and just withdraws... totally. And for a while he sits in the corner of the lair...in the dark... talking to himself or something... something REALLY out of character and freakish... :D

Now that'd be cool.

maybe they would of just killed him off? i dont know. the turtles did seem to get totally buthered in that series. and at times it was so not needed. but i really liked cyber don.. when he was being controlled or evil.

na. i don't think so. everyone loves each turtle in some way to much for that to happen. 'sides, Image stuidos would've been swamped with Mike fans, killing whoever thought of the idea to kill of their fave turtle ;) :evilgrin:

Yeah.. i know.. it was just a thought. oh well.

I like the idea of Mike losing one of his senses like sight or hearing. It would be interesting to see how he would cope with that.

I think in the Archie comics Mikey did go blind for a while.
But I think a psychological shock to Mikey would be kinda interesting. :)

that would be beyond cool if he had a break down like that. But to be honest I've never read the Image comics but I've heard alot about it and I always thought it bizzar that every one of the turtles got mutilated excpet Michaelangelo. Why does he get to to get away scott free with no injuries? Instead I hear he actualy get a girlfriend in this series. Mikey get nookie but the others get hacked to bits. But I do agree that a psychological injury would have been a more apt disabilty for Michaelangelo to have rather than a physical one.

Personally, i'd have him marry a nice human girl and having little green babies, maybe coaching little league too :D
