seriously though, whenever someone finds out i have my permit and i'm in drivers ed, they always say thanks now i can look out on and be more careful of spotting him on the road or something along the lines of that... why can't people just say oh that's cool. EVERYONE IS A STEREOTYPICAL DRIVERS ED HATER!

You are lucky though PWEDESAI, I'm 19 & I STILL have my permit cuz as my mom puts it: "You take ritalin, & that wouldn't be safe, what if you get in a wreck.....etc"

People are just too stereotypical about those things

Ha! at least you got your permit my parents say I'm never gonna drive anyway so why waste my time.....grrrr...I can just see it now a 30 year old woman still catching a ride with 'daddy' to work! *gAg* I'm going to go get it behind their back! And if they ask why I did such a horrible thin.....it was all that dern school buses fault :P

Heh, here I am, 20, and I don't even have a permit. Did the drivers ed thing, failed the DMV test, gave up. Don't look at me like that, a license wouldn't do me any good anyway, I'd never be able to afford a car.

in another two weeks i turn the big 21...any suggestions on what to do the big day???

But seriously, at the age of 21, you'll remember this for most of yer life! So Mouse, do something you'll never forget!

Like go to a cool concert or something! This should be for you to decide though w/ or w/out yer parents!
