Year Of The Capcom
 

Well for me it's offcial. Capcom has made up for anythiung bad it has done in the past this year. They have already given me two of the greatest games I have ever been able to play. Resident Evil 4 and Devil May Cry 3. Even Outbreak #2 is much improved from the first one. To top it all off the Killer 7 game that's comming out later looks pretty good too. I think this year Capcom is going to be #1, the one for other companies to look up to
Anyone else impressed with Capcoms improvments?

I don't own a PS2, so DMC3 is outta the question for me...

Capcom really blew everything to hell and back with RE4. It's gonna take something REALLY freaking amazing for anyone, including Capcom, to top that game. The only thing I see in the pipeline is the new Legend of Zelda game (unless it forces you to ride horse back across huge country scapes just to get from town to town with nothing to look at but grass and clouds).

VJ2 was good for what it was. A quick sequel to milk money from the franchise as fast as possible.

Killer 7, on the other hand, looks amazing. With the detials about the game FINALLY being released, it's on my must buy list. I mean, come on, one of the characters cuts her self and bleeds on enemies to deal damage. That's some whacked out **** right there.

Honestly though, I'm really expecting the new hardware to over shadow anything anyone's going to do gamewise this year. We've got THREE systems being shown off within hours of each other, and then there's the new games for those systems.

Nuh-uh, not gonna happen. They stabbed Nintendo in the back, proceeded in raping Mega Man to the point I can't even look at him anymore, gored a lot of other sh*t, and killed their 2D fighter line by closing their US offices. That, and the two they did release are on PS2 and Xbox only because they blame GCN for poor sales which were caused by them making the controls cheap for babies. Again, their falut, and we suffer. ROM time.

I thank Mekimi for the perfection that is RE4. Now that's he's gone, I leave Resident Evil as Capcom will f*ck it up royally without him....add that to the list. Give me Street Fighter IV and I forgive them, but Satan becomeing Christian has better odds than that happening.

Besides, if it did "HEY PS3 EXCLUSIVE OMG WTF!1!1!"

Okay, I'm never gonna forgive Capcom, but that sold me. :D GIVE ME THAT GAME NOW!!!! :D :D

Maybe I said it wrong haha I ment they were going to influence other companies with their new ideas. Like that new Survival Horro game comming out for PS2 called Dead Water or something like that. Looks like a total RE 4 clone. I say its already happening
On the note of Capcom switching things around....the DMC guys wont be doing DMC anymore either from what Ive read which makes me very very sad. The new people will mess it up probly and make more DMC 2 like games

Ah damn, that sucks man. Sorry Capcom is going to screw DMC up. Dammit they just suck.

Although their good ideas will be copied by others. That's a given. Still, they're going to suck hardcore next year.

I had some more smart-ass things to say here, but I'm not going to. I've been a jerk IRL and on here lately, and the funny thing is, I don't care a whole lot.

Capcom screwed up before by letting some no name company do a Resident Evil game. That game was Resident Evil Gaiden.

And then Leon died.

I think Capcom is an incredible company. They have released a plethora of games that happen to not suck. Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, etc. There have been mistakes, but every company is guilty of that. I still revere them as one of the best companies out there.

And I'm so glad the video game section's maturity level has been reduced to that of a 10 year old. I'm not taking part in this console/company war bullsh*t anymore.

Capcom's games coming out this year Capcom's classics collection game.It might have arcade games.hopefully Alien vs. predator arcade game.other capcom games Mega Man X collection.Mega Man Zero 4.Rumoured game coming out this year Mega man X9 might shown at E3.

MegaMan X9? For the love of god say it isn't so. That series should've ended at X5. Capcom hasn't improved, they've just become retarded IMO.
