Both, I suppose. TMNT isn't as popular as it used to be, but you can ask every kid what the four turtles' names are and they know it. And for those interested in TMNT, that site is a must-see.

Yeah, the plan bit was just because it sounded like plan in English, I could make out that much. Anything else though is purely coincidental!
