Different color turtles
 

The turtles have different color greens, if you could chose a color what would u chose? Like any color? A red turtle would be pretty intense!

I'll stick to my green skin, thank you.

However, there's a certain blue turtle around here somewhere that I'm quite fond of...;)

well there's green with yellow stripes like red ear and yellow belly turtles.

I got turtles with red stripes with a dark olive green background. their shells are yellow, red and black too

I'd just pick a nice dark green...

i'm not sure I understand the question? Are you asking why exaclty the turtles are different shades of green in the New Toon? because if you are I've noticed this too.

Donatello seems to be a yellowish olive green, Raphael seems to be a darkish forest green, Michaelangelo seems to be eighther deep green or a vibrant emerald green, just a little lighter than Raphael (it depends on the animators). and Leonardo just seems to be a kind of seaweed green. (actually Leonardo and Michaelangelo seem to be similar complxions)

I rather like Raphael's shade of green allot, I like how they gave the turtles vareity in their coloring.

I've always liked the shade of green that Leo has in the Playmates toys. It's a nice olive color and closely resembles the skin tone of the boys in the first movie. :)

Ahh, the memories...

Actually, Leo's color looks more similiar to emerald green; "the most beautiful, most intense and most radiant green that can possibly be imagined." The color of emerald will change with the type of light, and depending on the lighting of the scene, I've noticed Leo's skin seems to either lighten or darken to it a little more than his brothers.

Mikey's skin tone closely resembles a pine or sea green. Raphael's is more hunter green than forest.
