I thought SNK was dead ???

my only problem is that SNK still continues to reuse 10 year old sprites

I always felt that the Metal Slug series was very fun, it may be outdated in graphics but I still have a ball.

Well kinda sorta, the original SNK is dead. SNK is now a part of Playmore and the AES was officially dead with the release of Samurai Shodown 5 Special. SNK/Playmore even put a little goodbye note in the game case that thanked all the SNK fans for supporting the AES for so long.

I know, and that's why I respect them so much. They actuall gave a damn and knew it was the twilight of a timeless era.
