Anime Ending Letters
Did you know that the Z at the end of anime names stands for Zeta, and just for the heck of it I'll let you know that the GT, at the end of Dragon Ball GT, stands for Grand Tour, but what do all those other letters stand for? If you know what the Rs are, and the Ss, let me know.
|
how did you find those letters out ?
|
Yeah i knew that the z in dragon ball z meant zeta...same with grand tour (tho i wasn't sure of the gt meaning at first)
As for the R's and S's...if you're talking about dragon ball, maybe it was a fanfic or something?I never heard of dragon ball s or dragon ball r :P Or maybe you're talking about another series.. How did i find out? Well in dragon ball z, it was pronounced dragon ball zeta so that's how i found out :P as for dragon ball grand tour, they pronounced it gt, so i either readed it in a magazine or the internet, probably a magazine because i think it was before i even got internet.. |
when did you get the internet ?
|
In the year 2001 i think :ohwell: or was it 2000...somewhere around that.
|
i first got it in 2001 but then we got rid of our internet and the computer !
but we got a new computerat the begginig of this year along with the inter net ! and as soon as 8.0 came swe up graded to that ! i love AOL !! it is the best ! |
Cool :D
I think i had internet before '01, but i think i had it for a short time, and it was dial up...but shortly my parents got rid of it if i remember right...some time later my parents put internet back on, still in dial up tho for a more extended period, then they upgraded to adsl, which is the one i'm currently using, i've been using it for like a year now :) |
we still got dial up !! but that is ok it doesnt give us any problems and it is faster than most peoples internet that i have been on !!
|
Yah dial up's ok i guess...not the one i had tho, it wasn't even 56k, it was 28k :P
Still better than nothing, but it was slow... |
AOL is realy good !! most people say they dont like it but i am happy paying my double !!! :P
|
The thing i don't like about aol is that it only lets you navigate with their personal browser :tgrumble: that's why when i had dial up i opted for other isps that were just that, isps, nothing else, so that i could still use IE..
Tho i never tried the aol browser but i get the idea... |
true but i still prefer it to any thing else !!
|
Yeah :D
Here in argentina they were handing out cds and ads in tv...gosh, i wonder how many money they spent in advertizing :dead: |
probley alot !!! :o
|
Yeah probably...i mean most isps in argentina either sent you cds by request or had a downloadable dialer or something...these guys were like handing out cds with magazines and stuff...aol's from time warner i think, so money musn't be an issue for those guys :goofygri:
|
expecialy with as many cusemers as they got !
|
Yeah, i wonder if all that spam did pay off...
I'm guessing it did, since most costumers would be attracted by cd therefore install it and start using it. As for me...well i never really wanted to install it since i had another isps...They made great frisbees tho :D |
not to sound stupid but what is spam ???
i know it is a food but all the sites i have ever been on said "please dont spam" and i dont hane a clue what they maen by that ! |
Spam = annoying, usually not wanted advertizing
It's also refered to as useless posts in forums. But yeah, spam is also a food :D though that's not the kind of spam i was talking about. |
i knew you were not talking about the food. but that was the only definition for spam that i knew !! Tiger powers wanted to know to so i will giver her the defintion. ( i wasnt the only one who didnt know !) :)
