Well, this is annoying
I got a Casey Jones figure today.
It is very diffucult to get him to stand up on his own. It's possible, but the slightest touch will cause him to fall over. I wish they had given him a better pose. His arm guard comes off pretty easily also. One favorite characters has quickly become a very annoying action figure. |
I know what you mean, mine's the same. I counter balance his weight with his golf bag and he stands ok now. Make sure you don't leave him near the edge of a shelf, I did that with my Dr. Malignus and he toppled over and broke and I had to buy another one!
Hehe, maybe I can help. I have this Snake Plissken Action-Figure on top of my computer and there, he mustn't fall. Besides, he lacks balance himself. So here's what I did: There are these poster strips, small white pads that stick on both sides. I took two of these and put them under his feet. It works great! But they're a bit expensive.

I use poster strips to get my Casey figure to stand as well, works like a charm. If those aren't available to you, you could try using duct tape.
I haven't had a problem with mine.. And I don't display him with accessories... But they are in a closed glass shelf so that might be why...
Thats a great idea about the sticky tape...ive been havin trouble getting my Foot SOldies to stand just right and I think this will work...
I just have mine leaning on a splinter m.o.c. All my figs stand on a shelf by my entertainment center, so they don't really fall all that easily.
There is an actual angle to Get Casey to stand. A friend has his standsing by it's self. It's the way the feet are is the secert.
Yea, but I like the idea of the sticky tape as it allows for different positioning of the feet...with most of the figures, theres really only 1 way to "naturally" stand them...so this should work..
