RObohunting FIgures with DVD

Quick question: does anyone know if Mike, DOn and Raph the Robohunters came out on the card that came w/ DVD? I've seen (and picked up) the Leo but can't seem to find the others....

I know Raph came out with the DVD because tmntman sent me his stock code, I haven't heard if Mikey and Don are out with DVDs.
