#tmnt-files to anniverse? that's waht pizzadude said in dalnet.. if this is true, how are we gonna get everyone to move?

Well nothing is decided yet. IF it hapens, it probably doesn't happen soon...

I hope not, but Dalnet is always acting up I guess...
I think if #tmnt-files is going to move we ought to make a big annoncment or something.

That is because some people have trouble connecting to DALnet...

I tried making the channel on espernet till dalnet was done being under DOS attacks but very few people join it.

ok that's all i wanted to know, some guy kept saying we moved and i was like, no dude if we moved there woulda been something big, and i'm sure the topic would have been changed to we moved...
anywho i think dalnet go better, everytime i can connect so i dunno what's wrong with you guys... :P

We DEFINITELY not moved...at least, not yet, and not to aniverse.
Aniverse had the *great* idea of baning a whole argentinian ISP because they couldn't handle one troublemaker kid who used the same isp as i use, so there, if we're moving, it wont be to aniverse...besides, that's mostly an anime server anyways.
Considering DALnet's poor services (specially those last 2 months) moving is a good idead tho, and i'm looking forward to move the channel somewhere else, but first i'd have to contact radixvir to tell him to fix the homepage/guides, since they all say dalnet all over em, and find a good server too (espernet, perhaps...?) but untill then, don't believe what anyone says, when we move, which will probably have to wait for the reasons i mentioned above, you'll know, since i'll post here again, and most likely change the channel's topic too.

Yeah Radixvir is not much around is he... Well thats the bigest obstacle... There are many good servers out there.

Yeah...if it weren't for radixvir maybe we should've already moved long time ago, but he's like that...he pops up for a day or two, then leaves for 5 months :P

Yeah i know...people would be reffered to the dalnet chan, and noobs would be too, and go there, then see noone's there, dont know what the FECK is going on, and start saying "tmnt-files says they have files, BUT THEY DONT, BUY ME A BRAIN PLZ" or some such crap :P i don't really want that to happen...i mean, i *would* change the topic to something like "we moved to irc.tgri.com to go type /server irc.tgri.com and then /join #mutagen" but some people would still probably wouldn't figure it out...so yeah...i'd rather wait for radixvir to comeback rather than moving now, to avoid confusion, tho it could take a heck of a load of time for radixvir to comeback :roll:

Well If things get really bad, we should just change the channel topic, But for now I guess we should wait...

do you want me to host a small site until radixvir comes back? that way we could move.
BTW i'm the only op in there so i sorta took it upon myself to kick some spamming ass! hope that's ok :P

ya i hope i kept the psds. i could change all the graphics and such but i would want everyone to agree on a server. what about efnet? im in the channel idling but theres some shane guy in there maybe if we got him out we could use that channel? i never heard of that server you were talking about, i would like to use a somewhat stable server. letme know

well the efnet channel is owned by that guy shane who i dont know. but im in the channel on undernet

try going onto undernet. i hear they have pretty good servers. ill look into registering the channel later, but that shane guy is already to take over if i get booted out so please someone join the channel!
