I don't know if this thread has been posted before. I did look though but didn't find anything. Can some one tell me, what is the correct episode order of sesaon 4?

Thank you very much. Why did they mess up the episode order??

Because of the 100th episode and because they rejected Insane in the Membrane. The rest - for no obvious reason.

Plus some of the lost episodes are in beteen the other episodes

The Lost Season episodes DO NOT take place during Season 4, they continue from its cliff hanger and follow the Ninja Tribunal storyline.
