Hey all.. the profiles of the turtles for FF is up. There's also supposed to be one for Cody but it apperantly doesn't work at the moment.

Now what's really interesting is Splinter's profile lists his place of birth as the Iga Province in Japan. Now I thought he was from Tokyo in the current series (in the original he was from Hiroshima).

I read up on the Iga Province and it seems that the only possible reason they would list this as Splinter's birthplace is that it's the birthplace of Ninjutsu. :roll: Problem is...um... the Iga Province technically no longer exists and is now part of the Mie prefecture. :ohwell: Either way Splinter was born in the Kinki region of Japan. :lol:

That artwork is really bland. It sucks.

They're all listed as the same height and weight. I thought they weren't, for some reason... Or is this pure laziness on the website writer's part...?

Only good part of it all, the way Leo's katanas are placed. They put a little bit of Mirage into it...

It's bizarre how the new film looks amazing and Fast Forward is so NOT amazing.

I still fail to see how the designs are any more generic than the designs from Seasons 1-4. And in any case, I'm glad they didn't screw the TMNT over *too* much by making them wear futuristic crap.

The stupid thing about the Bio's is they're exactly the same as the current ones, so it is no new information about the new show. And of course Cody's bio doesn't work, the one character who it would be nice to hear about. Can 4kids do anything right?

I still think FF is going to be much better than people make it out to be. After all, the TMNT are walking around in the open in Volume 4 along with Utroms and other aliens walking around freely, how is that different than this?

All we need is some good continuity and possibly Bishop/Utroms/Triceratons and this show will be great. There's nothing saying they won't use any other villains from the Mirage comic universe.

No, the Fast Forward drawings are actually more bland than the first couple of seasons, and I didn't think it was possible. I don't like harfing on a professional artists work, specially when we are all just so happy to see more TMNT stuff just coming out, but comon. I know artists tend to draw less detail and focus more on speed as they get older, but TMNT are originated from comics, and an art form. Just seems to me like Fox is killing them again.

After seeing those bland designs and listening to that god and satan awful theme song....I wanna cry.

The only thing that I sort of like is the theme music. Huzza! They haven't recycled the opening! :D *gets killed by everyone else due to the fact that it really does suck*

Yeah, those designs are horrible. Then again, they said that for "The Batman" version of Riddler, and he looks pretty damn good in animation. It could be the same for these guys

But then again, I haven't seen a design that makes me feel like passing out from horror. Until now. *gags at the sight of Cody* Damnit, I would've given him Casey's hair, not April's! :dead:

We've already seen a clip of Fast Foward, and the animation looks the same as it always has. I'm talking about the Raphael in the bathroom scene, how is that different than Seasons 1-4 animation wise?

Grraaaugggh!!! I can't stand it. :x Those bios are so...shallow. Oh man I'm trying to keep the faith here but stuff like this does not help.

The blurb at the end of each bio is actually pretty detailed. Maybe it was written separately. Splinter's isn't that good tho. Raph's has the word "perverse" in it-- TMNT: fun and educational. ;)

The poses don't seem to dynamic, i would assume it's production/character design art from a model pack or something.

In fact I think they look pretty cool, they aren't all the same build. Leo especially looks pretty kick @$$.

Now when I click Cody's icon, I get... Casey?
