Extreme Sport Turtle Figures
 

Yes this rumor is true, but it is not what you think. In the magazine i read it said wave 2 around april would include april, casey, hun, foot elite, the third wave which would come out around summer would include some nanotech monster, and some other figs and it then said that Around the same time wave 3 comes out they would release extreme sport turtles BMX don, skateboard mike, in line skate raph and scooter leo. I think this will be an entirely seperate line.

Glad I wasn't the only one to have read this, felt like I was for a while. I don't think they'll be a whole seperate line, more like a subdivision of the main line like the original Movie Star Turtles figures were.

yeah its nothing to stress about i am sure they will come out with the second version of the regular turtles

oh god. how lame. still, for the more "mature" (kind of hard to call myself mature when im playing with toys haha) fans will see the sport turtles as bringing down the overall image of the turtles. the kiddies tho will love 'em hehe. but all boils down to $$$ anyways

so if thats the state of the toys, just wonder how the show may be? Hell most of the He-Man/Skel Variants show up in the show, so may be to our horror so will these guys

Well, I can definetley live with this. It fits with the story close enough for me. I wouldn't be to surprised to see the turtles skate boarding and stuff from time to time in the new series. As long as they stay atleast somewhat realistic with the versions of the turtles, I'll be happy.
