Tales of the TMNT TPB
 

Out tomarrow (wednesday) is the release of the first of the TPB's (collected books) of Tales of the TMNT volume 2

Book one is entitled: Tales Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Collected Books Vol 1 Donatello

The next book in the series comes out in January. It's the TPB of Tales of Leonardo Blind Sight.

Volume 1/Book 1 has issues 1, 10, 16, 18 and 26

Wish they would do some Trades of older Mirage stories. Like the first set of Tales or Volume 1 and 2. THAT would be cool since I don't have most of those. It's nice their doing these to. But I have all those issues haha

Actually there are TPB's of Volume 1: Unfortunatly the only ones available are books 2-5 (altho I have gained book 1 another way). U can purchase the Volume 1 TPB's here... and yes they only made TPB's of up to issue 23.

I like that there are new TPB's since I know they'll be available in regular book stores and that's the only way I can get comics....by buying the TPB's (I really need to go to Barnes & Noble...oi..)

I have the Volume 1 TPB #6 containing "The River", issues 22-24. I've heard there's a #7 but have not seen it.

I have TPBs #1, 2, 6, 7. I'm pretty sure they stopped at 7. I hope to one day come across the Tale Vol. 1 TPB again for the exclusive Nobody filler story.

i really wish i could find all of the first comics color collections. i have one of them, i forget which volume it is, but it starts with the leonardo micro-series i think.

the color artwork look incredible, though.

I managed to find the Collect Tales Volume 1 at an online bookstore in Great Britain..the Nobody story is actually the basis for Still Nobody in the new series, but with a different ending.

i've got the first comics colour collection (books 1 to 4), found em in a charity shop a few years back and they're what got me back into TMNT!!

also got book one of the TPB's (which is huuge), and the shell shock TPB and the original Tales TPB!

but i must say i prefer reading the comics, what with all the old ads, editorials, letters, backup stories, etc...

Wow...that does sound pretty sweet...i've never ordered anything from them before (actually never heard of that site)....anybody ever buy anything from there? Legit?

I ordered the Tales Book 1 TPB on Friday and a couple hours later they sent me the UPS tracking number! I am totally impressed by Panel to Panel. I should be receiving my copy by Friday. :D

That's the one TMNT TPB that I have. I managed to find it about two years ago at a comic store in a nearby mall (which is now gone, comic stores don't seem to last long in my area except for one). It was a fun read.

Re-releasing the original Mirage issues in new trades would be awesome. I've participated in an e-Bay auction or two but it would be a lot easier to just be able to get them on Amazon.

Just got the book a couple minutes ago! I won't take a pic of the cover since well you can find that anywhere... but it has a one page insert that has the autographs. Here's pics of that:

Is that page exclusive to this edition? Or only the autographs?

The image of Donatello comes only with the autographed edition of Tales of the TMNT Volume 2 Book 1.

man, i wasn't planning on buying this collection since i have all the issues, but those sketches make me really want to order this.
