DVD question

Probably old new to you guys, but I just started buying the 2003 show on DVD, and I was wondering if on all Volume 5 and 6 DVDs the spine images are the same. The ones I bought both show the same part of Raphael. But they show the right titles, was this just a factory printing error.

To the best of my knowledge, yes (to both questions).

This error was fixed in later pressings of the DVDs. I know I have the corrected version.

Which brings up the fact that DVDs annoy me. I mean they're great the first few times then you find a new favorite movie, then another and another. And before you know it, you realize you haven't seen Santa Claus 2 in like forever and. it being the season and all. you pop it in only to have it freeze because of some miniscule scratch and you're growling at the TV but the stupid thing is frozen.
So you give up and go find your old colection of VHS and watch Aliens.

Not mine. I ordered it from DVDPacific.com, Amazon.com or BestPrices.com (pick one; I ordered something like 7 TMNT DVDs right after reading the thread about 2K3 DVDs being discontinued in all the major stores) a couple of months ago, and was disappointed that it had the effed up spine-label. But, since I hope and fully intend to replace them with season sets in the not too distant future, I hardly care what they look like. After all, they have every reason in the world to look cheap & trashy from the outside since they just put so much effort into it.

That sounds like more of a hardware issue than a disc problem. Until I upgraded from my second generation player, I thought the same thing. But, it was messing up too much on DVDs I had just opened. So, I got a new player, and the problems went away. ^_^

Any of those stores could have a pile of old stock. It's impossible to know what you're getting from an online site. I specifically bought that DVD from a brick & mortar store for that reason.

Well, I don't really want to try and buy another copy just to change the spine. Would it be possible for someone to point me to a link online of the correct version that I could print out, or if someone would scan it and put it up somewhere, I'd really appriciate it. I'm a bit obsessive compulsive.
