episode 1 - future shellshock - april & casey great grandson, cody uses his time window to view the turtle in the present, but something goes wrong and brings them & splinter to the future. cody sends his robot serling to retrieve them but mikey gets himself seperated. so they have to save him from the street phantoms, a future gang trying to take him into slave labor.
episode 2 - obsolete - cody's uncle darius who runs o'neil tech labs (cody is the real owner but too young to run it), is disappointed that cody ran off in the last episode, cause he is trying to control him so he can do whatever he wants with the company. so darius sends the inuwashi gunjin, (flying warriors that he has devices on to controll them), to kidnap cody and show him how dangerous the world can be. the turtles make future weapons from a machine that brings your thoughts to life, and go off to rescue cody.
episode 3 - home invasion - sh'okanabo sends viral off to steal secrets from o'neil tech labs, but she can't get past the security. so she traps the turtles & splinter in a virtual dojo that the turtles are training in, so she can trick cody into getting her past security. cody and don have to save the day by shutting down the power and trapping viral in one of the dojo practice dummy robots, she escapes before they can get her.
episode 4 - headlock prime - raph is happy that in the future they can go out in public and not be seen as monsters. he discovers a wrestling match and drags leo with him to watch. but future wrestling is boring, untill a triple threat a wrestler banned for being to violent shows up to get revenge, by stealing the belt and some money. raph & leo battle him all over the city untill raph wins and becomes the wrestler champion.
episode 5 - playtime's over - mikey is loving a popular videogame from the future and wants the sequel. but when they go to the mall to get it, they discover that the street phantoms taking all the games and setting the turtles up as the criminals. mikey becomes obsesses about getting the games back, while cody uses his new turtle x robot armor to help the turtles fight the phantoms.
episode 6 - bishop to knight - sh'okanabo hires torbin zixx to blow up the satalite security system around planet earth so he can bring in his alien eggs. bishop hires the turtles to stop torbin zixx.
episode 7 - night of sh'okanabo - the turtles take cody to see a horror flick. while sh'okanabo shows up to try and figure out what the turtles know about his plans for his day of awakening.
episode 8 - clash of the turtle titans - the decendent of silver sentry is using the turtle titan character to be a hero in the future. mikey can't handle it. so he goes off the ask why he took his alter ego. meanwhile triple threat escapes prison and decides to become a super villian and cause trouble in the city. mikey and the new turtle titan team up to capture triple threat. we find out that the new turtle titan didnt get any super powers from his family genes, so he was inspired by mikey as the turtle titan to do some good for the world.
episode 9 - fly me to the moon - turtles and cody have to go to the moon to get an element to fix the time window that they are trying to repair to return the turtles to the present. while darius sends the inuwashi gunjin to kill them all. but on the moon the inuwashi gunjin are inspired by the turtles honor in protecting cody. and when the moon water shorts out the devices that are keeping them under darius controll, they step up and save cody who is drowning trapped under debry.
episode 10 - invasion of the body snatchers! - cody takes the turtles to an event at o'neil tech labs. where the street phantoms are using an orb that lets thier leader jammerhead take over people's bodies. after randomly ending up in the wrong bodies he eventually gets into darius body and sneaks into a secret lab. the turtles follow and find all kinds of illegal weapons. while jammerhead tries to escape in cody's body with weapons plans, the turtles chase after him and the orb is eventually destroyed sending him back to his own body. darius explains he is just using the old weapons to recycle back into products (covering his rear end) but the turtles still dont believe him.
episode 11 - the freaks come out at night - sh'okanabo is ready to test his mutant dna on earth. he releases an infected bird at night, which later infects a hot dog mikey eats. one by one everyone gets infected with the alien dna and start to mutate. except raph who tries to stop sh'okanabo, eventually the sun rises and its rays end up destroying the alien mutated dna that has infected everyone, curing them all and making sh'okanabo job of taking over earth even harder.
episode 12 - bad blood - sh'okanabo makes dark evil clones of the turtles and lets darius use them to try and destory the turtles, to get them out of both of thier ways. splinter, serling, and cody step up to save the day when the clones capture the turtles.
episode 13 - the journal - the turtles want to read about thier futures in a journal that april & casey made and passed down to cody. but splinter wants them to make decesions on thier own and not from the book. but the turtles dont listen to splinter. and they sneak to the journal and read 4 different stories that have negative consequences. [mikey with the justice force, leo with karai & the ninja tribunal, don inventing future technology & meeting with utorms, and raph vs. hun and the purple dragons] but the journal the turtle read was a fake to teach the turtles a lesson.
episode 14 - the gaminator - viral wants revenge on the turtles, and traps them in a virtual game system called the gaminator. while they battle the viral badies in the videogame, cody hooks serling up sending him into the game to help the turtles with secret cheat codes he sends them. eventually they use the extra lives code that makes thousands copies of all 4 turtles that defeat viral and once she is out of the picture cody can get them out of the machine.
