I hope if The Shredder is in the movie, he's played by Ron Perlman. That would be infinite levels of awesome.

I keep reading on those box office prediction sites, that they feel it could be a bomb. Let's hope not or could kill the tv show as well.

Keith David and Ron Perlman, both fantastic choices. I'd throw in Clancy Brown as a voice I wouldn't mind hearing.

They might wanna go for a Japanese accent, though, like in the first two movies.

That may be a possibility. Cloning is always the way to go when you can't think of anything else. It worked for that van damme movie.

They say that because it's TMNT. And TMNT have had a kiddie stigma since the old series first bursted onto the scene.

shredder is seriously not that big of a deal I wish people would stop going on about him so much like he is the end all be all.

Let's see how the upcoming film does first before we start to think about a sequel. I do not like to put the carriage before the horse...this is exactly what the article is doing.

Hey. Shredder's a popular villain. People want to see him.. even if those people are not part of a small TMNT geek minority group on one corner of the Internet they still count sadly.

Yeah, on the imdb, nickdesigns and I have to deal with those dumbasses and old series freaks everyday.
It's just rotten luck you know? Most people say the new TMNT stuff sucks. They just had the rotten luck of being made in the wrong decade. If this stuff aired back then, people would place the series and the movie right up there with Batman TAS and Batman Mask of the Phantasm.
