There are many parks in NYC, it could be anyware...

But what us up with this manhole? was it a gift from the turtles to NYC or vice versa? was there a ceremony? did the mayor declare "TMNT Day" on that day?

Off topic, but there was a NY station that mentioned a crime happened on 11th and bleeker. I almost laughed untill I heard how serious it was..
