Left handed or Right handed

What do you think the Ninja turtles are, left handed or right handed? What about Splinter, April and Casey? And does Hun began a punch with his right fist or his left? Karai? Stalkman? Chaplin? I dunno, I'm just curious.

Without going through my dvd's and looking for instances where they write and without watching the movie and picking out parts where it would be a give away, here is what I think.

Everyone you listed is right handed except
- Don
- April
- Chaplin

I'm sure we could find out by watching closely but this is what strikes me.

Roseangelo 05-01-2007 10:19 PM

It's actually fairly consistantly established throughout several different universes that Mikey is left-handed.

ninjitsu_magic_47 05-01-2007 10:20 PM

April seemed right handed to me, I don't have any DVD's so I can't check :tcry:

The turtles, Splinter, and Karai, because they're all highly trained ninjas, are most likely ambidextrous. April and Hun probably right-handed. Casey, I think is either right-handed or ambidextrous. I think Stockman's right-handed, but I'm not very sure. Chaplin, I've no idea, I'll have to watch his episodes again.

Well, excuse me then. Thought they were asking for the real answers.

Ha no it's fine:) . I'd actually be interested to see how my answers stack up. If you find out for sure, let us know

I know that in the second TMNT movie, that Michelangelo was left-handed.

Jo Dawn 05-02-2007 12:48 PM

Rose is right. Mikey is the only left-handed among them.

Aignatius 05-02-2007 03:49 PM

Agreed, the main characters are right handed except for Mike. :)

ninjitsu_magic_47 05-02-2007 04:52 PM

Really? Never noticed, I should watch youtube someday...

Rooish 05-02-2007 07:44 PM

Wow, that's really interesting. I would have thought Don would be the left-handed one. A lot of the lefties I know are really smart and reclusive, but I could just be stereotyping.

ninjitsu_magic_47 05-02-2007 11:07 PM

I should watch out for this.

Anyway, I suppose the Shredder could use both hands to write, being a robot and all

Sparvid 05-03-2007 05:26 AM

I looked through the Raphael comic on the official site, but couldn't find any panel where Casey clearly holds his hockey stick either as a lefty or a righty...
