New Fast Forward On Demand

Checking the On Demand listing, and among the new additions to the TMNT Fast Forward list are 2 episodes currently not-yet-aired on TV:

"Race For Glory" and "Head of State".

VaughnMichael 06-19-2007 03:37 AM

WOOHOO!! I knew they would do this! thanks for the heads up!:D
EDIT: Just got done watching Race For Glory it was an ok episode nothing as good as the last few before it though.
I'd say it's nice to see Leo acting like his old leader self again I hope he holds mikey to his extra training time haha lazy.
And Wow I was right!! I didn't remember the characters names from the Planet Racers Episode but sure enough the young boy in this episode is related to Godman Falcon (Team Fitts' pilot for bike #23) from Planet Racers how that for continuity He also had the number 23 on really nice throw back. Ok I'm off to watch the next episode.
EDIT AGIAN!!!: WOW! I just got done watching Head of State this is in my opinion the single best freaking episode of Fast Forward ever I can't even believe my eyes after watching this episode. I can not believe
Spoiler:
baxter stockman is back!!!
Amazing Simply amazing this has made me a very happy fan boy seriously I don't want this show to end damn it. :-?

You're welcome.

I, too, just got finished watching both.

"Race For Glory" was a nice episode. But "Head of State" was amazing!

Like you I enjoyed--

Spoiler:
*Baxter's return!*

I figured on it being him when Bishop mentioned "Brains behind the operation.... or should I say brain.". But seeing his new look was something else, and Bishop's backstory on the "Organic Mousers" and what caused his change about aliens. Great stuff!

Agreed...

I HATE EXCLUSIVES! Even if it's on a provider I get, I STILL HATE EXCLUSIVES!

You'd think Cablevision, the biggest crap cable company in the East, would have this exclusive as well...

X 06-19-2007 08:47 AM

Dudes its on COX on-demand, I'm watching them now.

EDIT: BTW Head of State = best episode EVER (2K3 and FF.) I love endings like that.

Just to make sure I'm understanding your point, let me explain my reply :). We don't get Comcast on Demand, because we don't have Comcast as our Cable Provider :). That's why we hate exclusives :).

Scandia 06-19-2007 09:15 AM

I don't even have cable TV. So you bet I hope they release the complete box set of this season on time.

Yeah, definately a great episode.

Spoiler:
Baxter finally gets a happy-ending, after all the grief he's been through.

X 06-19-2007 09:47 AM

Yea for some reason I think he actually deserved it.

I just hope we see him again in a better state.

After seeing this episode, I hope whatever new show is coming next year, goes along with the continuity from 2k3 and FF, or now I will be very ticked. I don't want anything starting over again, only for 4Kids to cop out when they think the ratings get too low.

You mean part two of this season, given the first is already out

Scandia 06-19-2007 12:03 PM

Yup, that's what I mean.

And I am glad the final four are scheduled for July.

And I hope to see more TMNT. Or at least they can air the Lost Season on the regular channel while they make more episodes.

OH PLEASE,

I'M BEGGING HER: TELL ME EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED IN "HEAD OF STATE"!!

I MUST KNOW!!!
:o

mumbo230 06-19-2007 01:13 PM

So, going by that July schedule, does that mean that the final episode of Fast Forward is called "The Zixxth Sense"?

Well... I'll help out. :D

Spoiler:
Bishop calls on the Turtles to help with another problem he has. It seems someone is out to get him..... with genetically engineered creatures! -- Which he had a hand in making many years ago.

The one behind it is Baxter Stockman (now a strange combination of his remaining brain spliced with alien genetics). As Baxter was left-for-dead during a mishap in the creation of the afore-mentioned creatures, where the facility ended up collapsing -- This event brought about the change in Bishop, as one of the aliens that he had captured and experimented on saves his life that day.
For being left behind, Baxter plans revenge on Bishop by putting his mind in the former-agent's body.
The Turtles end up stopping him (by simply having him realise his current form is not going to be looked-down upon, as a "freak" or-such). But, while dealing with the creatures, the Turtles end up causing the area to start collapsing. With Baxter getting stuck (much like in the past event). This time Bishop makes up for his previous error, saving Baxter.

Hope that helps.

That info was given a few weeks ago. So, yes. That's the title.

Thanks, Jon, you're a lifesaver.

A few questions, though, if I may? I put these in spoilers, just in case.

Spoiler:
1) So Baxter has an alien body? Not human?

2) Is Baxter a good guy at the end of the episode?

3) What are Organic Mousers?

Okay. Here goes with some explanation--

Spoiler:
1) Sort-of. It looks like a combination of his remaining brain-and-eye with some genetic tinkering (having green 'skin' over the stalk and eye, and some medium-size tentacles)

2) Seems so, as he got into a mutually beneficial deal with Bishop (to work with an agriculture facility, and he's to be getting a new body)

3) That is Baxter's 'pet name' (so to say) for the creatures he and Bishop worked on (they were first planned to be another line-of-defense for Earth against alien invasion).

CylonsKlingonsDaleksOhMy 06-20-2007 07:49 AM

So, Jon,

Spoiler:
Baxter's a funky little squid thing now? Or is he like he was in "Good Genes", except with green skin and tentacles?

Is there any holographic head display to show the viewers it's Baxter?

And he's going to be getting a human body from Bishop? Good. I feel sorry for Stockman; always being a freak. He needs to get a normal body back.
