Mikey had a few pets in the cartoon including his fish Maxwell, his pigeon Pete (I think that was his name anyway), and his parrot Ditto. As for the mirage comics or any other tmnt universe I have no idea.

well the cartoon pets were there only for one episode... But thats's just how the show was.

I haven't read all the snyopses so I don't know if there is an episode like the Michaelangelo one shot. I heard that there is one like Donatello.

I know that Michelangelo got a parrot named ditto. He did have a monkey but the other TMNT made him take it back. Then he had a pigeon named Pete.
