Yeah Roseangelo brought this up before in one of the threads.
Dan asures me though that they will end FF so I'm gonna take his word for it.

However, the Fast Forward rebranding/show direction is definitely over after the last 6 episodes air in Fall 2007... and the turtles and Splinter are slated to return home to their "normal" time (or are they?) come 2008.

Pokemon is not a good analogy. Pokemon is actually a video game show that happens to have a card game. Yu-Gi-Oh and Chaotic are straight card game shows and are the better analogy.

But you couldn't blame some one for not wanting to read through that thread.:lol:

It doesn't matter, since Peter rejected it. And apparently something has now been approved, although we don't yet know any details on what this is.

Gods yes. I remember seeing the art for the cards in the preview commercials, and I recall thinking to myself "Woah, this might be cool." Then I saw the first episode and I was completely turned off by the show's art, plot, and writing. The only episode that I watched after that was the one the TMNT were on.

Yep, when they first started advertising the show a month or show before it came out I thought it might be sorta cool... but hell no. It's such an ugly toon, and the dialogue makes me wanna erase my memory.

Me too. If not for TMNT, I would never watch 4Kids.

How's life spitting on the names of Japanese anime artists?

Now, it's not fair to dredge up the past. If you'll notice, this past season the only new Japanese anime 4Kids aired was a continuation of Yuugiou... which was actually designed with overseas (meaning outside Japan) markets in mind. In fact, if I remember correctly, the show itself was designed by 4Kids themselves and has yet to air in Japan!

Besides, bashing dubbing companies is so 90's.

Ever heard of Magical DoReMi? No? It's the girls' anime series 4Kids butchered and killed this year (they seem to pick one every year or two). It's hugely popular in Japan, but went unnoticed over here for several good reasons, all of them 4Kids' fault.
