The new song has been on the official page for months... he series is complettely diffrent, no point in using the old song.

Well they might as well have used it...to say the new song is the bottom of a barrel's bottom, with an even bigger bottom of the barrel suckiness would be an understatement. I dont understand how such a cool looking intro could have the s****iest theme song ever. They should have just done some techno new version of th eold song...they should be ashamed of themselves. It's IMHO BEYOND horrible.

yeah i don't know about you guys but the new song is badass, i still love the old one but there is no point in comparing the two b/c a) it was a completely different era b) the old show was archie the new one is Mirage

I've got a soft spot for the old song, but it really doesn't suit the new show. The new song is more than worthy.

Well the song isn't good, but it works with the intro. I still think they should have just put a theme music in it.

Dude, I'm telling you, the proposed theme song on the FoxBox CD is even worse! Think of the TMNT doing Beach Boys, and that's what it's like.

IMHO, this theme is perfect! To say that such a kickarse intro has this "crappy" theme is like saying that you're super-hot girlfriend's face is ruined by the sunglasses she wears that make her hotter!

The new one shouldn't have any music like the way the jackie Chan cartoon is done. Then it wouldn't be so damn hokey.

hey hey hey... dont mess with my friend now. Let's just keep on with the topic. Anyway, what is wrong with the new intro? I happen to like it a lot! Not more than the original old theme song, but still good nonetheless.

Oh I never heard the Beach Boys styled theme, ack. From the new toy commercials to the new intro, I just cant get over ho wbeyond th ebeyond attrocious it is. I may bag on some seasons and aspects of the original toon...but there is no denying it was something special...to the point that whenever you heard it it was memorable and sent an exhilaration through ya. Upon recently booting up the old TMNT arcade rom I was reminded of such greatness. This new disposable Christian butt rock elevator muzak sounding **** sounds about as memorable as a turd on the sidewalk. Yeah, ok ya might look down briefly, but you wanna forget it pretty quickly. Im not asking for some epic orchestral Hans Zimmer movie score, but damn...

at least they didnt go for some tough guy rap nu metal like that WWE crap.
