I'm Missing Only 7 Episodes...Can Someone Help?
 

Hi everyone,
I am missing 7 episodes of the old TMNT cartoon. I am IRC disabled because mIRC causes my laptop to go bluescreen on me every time I begin a download. Kazaa has been my only option, but these 7 elude me. I have a very fast internet connection here at school, and would welcome anyone to send me any one of the 7 episodes via AIM or, if its the only choice, Yahoo! Messenger...I also have FileTopia and Direct Connect, but little experience with both.

The titles are as listed...someone PLEASE help me complete my collection!

142 - Mr. Nice Guy (Have a few started on Kazaa, so this is least priority.)
158 - The Starchild (Highest priority)
174 - Cry H.A.V.O.C.!
182 - The New Mutation
183 - The Showdown
184 - Split-Second
185 - Carter, The Enforcer

I heard that ther is some in direct connect too.

You got 186 episodes off Kazaa alone? I can't believe that...

I mean, sure there're more on Kazaa than there were a year ago (a LOT more), but I havent' seen the entire series...

What format are all the episodes in?

Me, if I begin to download them, I'm looking for 220MB mpegs

They are 50 meg DIVX's.

Don't bother with DC. That hub is a mish-mash of stuff and it is very difficult to find what you are looking for.

Just join the TMNT dedicated Direct Connect hub @ kohn.ath.cx and I could give you at least one of the episodes you mentioned. C ya, and hopefully some others too!

Why do you want oversized MPEGS when you can get a compressed AVI of the same quality but at a lower filesize?

K, I'm getting "Cry HAVOC" from him in the Direct Connect Hub. Can anyone else offer on the othe r6 I mentioned? :-?

Personally, I can't really understand why there still are mpgs out there... (and I'm not just talking about tmnt)

Usually people use MPEG to create VCD's.

ding ding ding. the Divx is still lower quality in the long run. I used to have all 3 seasons of Family Guy in mpegs. took me forever to find em all, but it was a feeling of accomplishment. Quality means something to me with mpegs.

OK, well, still need the other 6. doesn't anyone have them that could send them to me? I'm sure there are tons of you out there with complete collections...

1) I think VCDs are a waste
2) I've never seen an MPEG that was better than a good quality AVI in my life.

I want to get as many episodes as i can, esp the first 3 seasons, but kazaa just isn't good enough.

A little help would be greatly appreciated
