well they don't look too great, although their still pretty good. maybe the finished versions will be better. and are my eyes decieving me or are april's joints non-ball-jointed? :evil: casey looks ok and so does hun (although he looks a bit fat :lol: ) but what the hell is that robot beside saki??? it looks hideous :dead:

but nonetheless, they're ok . . . i just want my turtles for now though :evilgrin:

Not bad, for prototypes. We'll have to wait for the full coloured versions (which shouldn't be too long, if Playmates is attending Toy Fair...)

And are they EVER gonna release a Saki toy? I WANT MY OROKU GOODNESS, PLAYMATES! YOU HEAR ME?!!

I was kinda' disappointed with the Casey fig. I'd much rather have the old Casey Jones figure over the new one.

Wow. Took me 15 posts until someone finally had a problem with me. Anyways, so are you trying to say paint will change the whole fig? If that's the final mold, which I would assume it is, even with the greatest paint job in the world I'd still rather have the old Casey fig.

Well, I must say I'm not excited by those. Casey looks weak and the nose on his mask is huge.

So far (based purely on the scultpures and not the paint jobs) I'd say the four Turtles and Shredder are excellent, Splinter and Hun are okay, the Foot Soldier, April and Casey are weak. Playmates can do better than this.

But I'll probably buy them all anyway. :)

I think the best of what they've shown us from wave 2, is the pic of the robot. That robot kicks ass ;)
the foot cruiser is sorta cool, nice to show they're tributing the old line by using old names and incorporating old stuff into the new line. Just like motu is doing, if you don't know what the original foot cruiser was, it was bascially the toy version of the neutrino ship but purple and black. One of my favorite toys from the old line. Makes we want to cry :cry: with happiness :) :goofygri:

Dude (or Dudette :-?), just go to figures.com & look at their 2003 Toy Fair coverage. They have a section on Playmates & show full-color versions of Casey, Hun & April, as well as the Foot Jet-bike thingy (think the Psycho-Cycle from the old line, only with blades instead of hovery discs for "wheels").

As far as I'm concerned, people shouldn't be like "Saw un-painted prototype- he sucks. BURN HIM!! :evilgrin: ", until they actually see the finished product in the store, or read a detailed review on the figure on some website.

Patience duders & dudettes, things can always change between now & their release date. If they still suck in your eyes once you see them, then that rocks. :D
