The Ch'rell/Triceraton Connection

With character designs for toylines and now the leaked storyboards from the aborted FF second season revealing a Triceraton Shredder, it opens up some long-term theories about Ch'rell's fate and how far it reaches. Even if he appears in the new season, I'd say he'll be back with a full Triceraton Foot Clan faction under his wing. Had FF been developed further, he may also have been the one to train the Triceraton Shredder we saw in the storyboards.

Regardless of bandwagon consensus, from a storyline context Ch'rell still has potential to be a threat.

You know, as much as I hate the idea of Ch'rell coming back again, I have to admit that a Triceraton wing of the Foot could be really cool if it wanted to be.

Where did you see these at Zarius?

There was a blog that was up for a couple days that had production art on it. It might still be up if you look for it. But, the art featured stuff from an FF episode that was never fully produced. It featured Baxter and a Triceradon Shredder.

which blog? be more specific dude.

Sometimes things are posted publically so they don't get discovered... ;)

Lord Nightwalker 02-18-2008 12:38 PM

I've been looking for these, I'll find em' yet!

Lord Nightwalker 02-18-2008 12:43 PM

Found em! I know I would...lol

Coola Yagami 02-19-2008 07:59 AM

Right here

But seriously, stop asking for a link everyone. Boardman obviously likes to keep it private or at best "limited", so we should respect what he wants to do with his work.

Is that like a duckroll?

It's considerably more popular than the duckroll these days, but yeah, it's a variation of that. Even Family Guy referenced it

Exactly, We don't want another Murphy incident to happen.

That would be pretty cool to see, if it's done right.

BubblyShell22 02-21-2008 07:49 AM

Yeah, it makes you wonder how Ch'rell was rescued. He was probably rescued by Triceratons and trained that Triceration Shredder. That would be awesome to see something like that, though it won't happen now.

Sage Ninja 02-21-2008 12:29 PM

why does every keep saying that? Nothing is set in stone on what will be used in the next season or not.

It would be very odd for Playmates to make a toy about him NOW...four years after Season 3, unless he was in it in some form.

Playmates seems to make very few secondary characters nowadays, so when they do make a non-TMNT variant, there's probably a good reason for it.
