Yup, he's in there. I don't know if this is new or not... but he has a human suit thing on.

What's the deal, I thought he was made only for the cartoon? He's a real comic character?

It's a different Metalhead from the one in the cartoon. The one in the cartoon was a robotic Turtle, the one in the comics is an android of sorts, who looks very much human (except for the weird hair thing he's got going on.)

Yep, same guy. As for Shadow, she's Casey's adopted daughter.

Yep, this guy Metalhead, and another called Chromedome, were these retired superhereo/mutant X type folks the Turtles had an adventure with in Mirage Vol. 1 #15. Since they were Laird created characters, he brought them back for this volume.

Why can't Metalhead and Chromedome look like this in the new series???
