PizzaPower 10-01-2008 07:55 PM
i just hope we get the special edition dvd on the first movie.

CyberCubed 10-01-2008 08:19 PM
The only two really good things we seem to be getting:

1) The Forever War.

2) Some kind of DTV cartoon movie.

Other than that, I don't think anything else will be interesting.

It's gonna be a huge event, not only the Turtles' 25th Anniversary (My main reason to go)
But Wolverine vs Hulk is gonna be there too.

I'm stationed in San Diego, you can bet I was excited as ****! My command (BMU-1) should be helping them btw, they helped them this (?) year as well.

Peter Laird didn't really say but he did confirm that it is indeed happening so that get's my spirits up a bit.

Neil, I'm not sure which specific part of the quote you want me to comment on, but I would guess that you are curious about the "special animated movie". Unfortunately, I can't say a lot about it, as we don't want to reveal too much about the plot just yet. I can tell you a few things, though. I think it is one of the coolest things we've done so far with the Turtles. I had a great deal of fun working on it with Lloyd. Without a doubt, there will be lots of neat stuff for the fans -- old and new -- in this special. -- PL

I think what he says in this reply to fan Neil is a very good sign that perhaps the right things are finaly being done.

That's nice to hear, it raises my spirits up a bit too.

And that's the confirmation I needed! When the toy magazine said there was gonna be a movie, I thought they heard it from Playmates.... seriously, I did. And you all know what they did.

Yeah same here man, This sounds like it could be really cool, but still could be how they end the series. *shruggs*
