Image Identification

I found this picture on cracked.com, where they were using it in reference to The Hulk in an article. Now, I don't really know a thing about The Hulk series, but I'll be damned if this doesn't look like Complete Carnage. Is this from the Savage Dragon crossover or something?

That's Abomination from The Hulk (Marvel Comics). That has nothing to do with TMNT or Image.

The Abomination first appeared in 1967 (Tales to Astonish #90 to be exact)..so he's not a ripoff of any of these characters. Also, he was in the new Incredible Hulk movie, played by Tim Roth.
