April wearing the same cloths on every episode?
 

I was wondering, Ever since in the original series, April has been wearing the same yellow jumpsuit on each episodes, I have a feeling we'll see the new Apri wearing that same half shirt and pants on every episode of the new series, Kind of makes you wonder, If she has a closet full of the same exact cloths? :)

Well she did change out of that yellow jumpsuit when the show moved to cbs. So she atleast had 2 outfits.

Not again...

I remember in the episode "Shredder's Mom" they had her change clothes alot due to Krang's scheme to cause global warming. She had some very nice duds in that one!

What has she worn the 2 eps she was in? Cartoons don't change clothes only if they change companies. Its how all cartoons are. Why would she, and whats so bad about them? :roll:

April's Clothes in the new series looked way better than the previous Aprils. She also looks young too. Also the Actress that played her is Verionica Taylor. :D

I think that's the whole point. It keeps the teenage fan boys in fantasy with the half-shirt business, heck, I would go as far as to say it keeps the interest of some of the adult fan boys too.

Sad, yes, but sadder still is that it works on a degree.

Like that comment a while back saying April has nice "duds" in "Shredder's Mom" ep. or something...personally, I haven't seen the ep. but all those times I watched April as a kid, I never did consider she has nice "duds".

That was me, and trust me if you saw the ep you'd agree. Oh, has anyone here ever seen the ep "April Foolish"? I was just watching the tape Scientific Freak sent me and April looked nice in that one.

I don't think there's anything wrong with April's recurring outfit. That's how cartoons are. Plus, at least it's better on the eyes than that hprrid yellow jumpsuit.

All cartoon charaters have same clothing in all. But if some cartoonist have to change them all the time then that would be a waste of time.

True that Legault! Plus, if the character needs to be redrawn frequently, there'll be mess-up like differnt size / proportion and the fanbase will complain over and over (Much like that Transformer Armada toon).

So April should stay as is - though changing the looks a couple times or even just showing her closet with different outfits in them wouldn't hurt - at least that way we'll know she has other clothes !!

If anyone remember the old TMNT episode, "New York's Shiniest" (the episode with REX-1), while April was walking down the streets along with Irma, she wasn't wearing her jumpsuit.

When didn't she have sex appeal? I found that yellow jumpsuit titalizing.

What I meant was, the jumpsuit didnt reveal anything, The new cloths this april is wearing is a bit revealing cause it exposes her tummy and belly botton.

Are you kidding? Damn, if the front zipper of that yellow jumpsuit was any lower they would have had to up the rating.

I do, however, like the new outfit more. It's easier on the eyes. I'm surprised we could hear any of old April's lines, her jumpsuit was so loud.

April looks like a Gap model to me...
