Possible forshadowing of Bebop and Rocksteady?
 

First off, I gotta say I absolutely love the new show and could hardly expect more, especially coming from Fox. After watching I've noticed two thugs that seem to stick out to me. So far they're names haven't been mentioned and I don't think they've had any real lines.

One has a red afro and the other has blue dragonball-esque hair. The one with the Afro possibly being Bebop and the one with the blue hair possibly being Rocksteady. If you don't know who I'm talking about check out ninjaturtles.com and look at the thugs. Write back and tell me if you agree or disagree. Thanx.

I can see the resemblance now that you mention it...though chances for Bebop and Rocksteady to be in the new toon is...well...minimal. Too bad, I kinda grow to like those two big dupes.

possibly they put them there to pay tribute to rocksteady and bebop since they won't be in the new show

I always wanted to see a more dark, Mirage-like take on Bebop and Rocksteady. But unfortunately, like everyone said, chances are slim we see them.

Someone should really consider doing a fan art image of Rocksteady and Bebop dressed as Purple Dragons. It would be cool!

There are definately lots of little homage's in the new series(as well as fan nuggets), with Im sure more to come.

Rocksteady and Bebop in this new series = NO FRIGGIN' CHANCE
