TMNT: Gone Wrong! [Parody Series]
 

A TMNT abridged parody series based around the concept that the bad guys can win with a little help from video editing!:shredder::fshifty::kgrin:

The inspiration for this idea dates a long way back.

When I was a kid, my granny would set her VCR to record Saturday morning cartoons for me. Sometimes, the tape would cut off a little too early if she set the tape to record the start of a show on another channel [For example, TMNT & Garfield were on CBS but Real Ghostbusers & Darkwing Duck were on ABC]. This was unfortunately the case for the episode "Return of the Turtleoid," where the tape cut off immediately after the terminator robot appeared to blow up poor Kerma! As soon as Kerma's bed went ka-blooie, the tape cut to another show. Thus, I never knew how it ended until I recently saw it on DVD. In that moment, the idea for this parody series was born!

Glad you like them, Krang! I hope to make more, but there honestly aren't too many episodes I've seen where I think I can make a convincing (and funny) edit. Maybe I'll have to look at slicing different episodes together in the future.

I had a lot of fun making the parody of "The Big Blow Out"; it's the most epic scale edit I've done yet. The "Cat Woman from Channel 6" edit was harder to do, and I don't know if it's quite as good as the other three eps. I might post a second edit of this one later for feedback.

That was definitly my favorite one thus far. Zach was always a favorite character of mine!

Best thing about Zach is he gets to be Rob Paulson when he grows up!

No, I'm serious. I liked Zach. He reminded me of myself. I wanted to be a Ninja Turtle and go on adventures with the awesome foursome.

And, you know, I believe that was the intention they were going for with the character. That was the same philosophy behind DC introducing Robin to the Batman comics.

I wish I could be Rob Paulsen when I grow up! :(
