Which tmnt universe has the best canon foreigners.?

Basically they are characters created for adaptation like Bebop and Rockstady for the Fred wolf cartoon or Bishop and Hun for the 4kids cartoon.

Of all the goons I liked Rocksteady and Bebop from the original Cartoon the most:D

ohh, this is a toughy. There are so many good universe only characters in all the turtle mediums.

In the live action films there is Toru Shredder's grunting right hand man. I loved him, as well as the awsomeness that was Bishop in the 2k3 series, and Hun wasn't half bad eighther. 2k3 had so many different foreign characters that where only in the new toon universe. Like the Battle nexus characters, the Tribunal and accolytes, and the crystal mutants from under ground, and the Atlantians. And The ancient one.

I wasn't so taken with Kahn however. There was some much needed back story on him that was lacking.

The Old Toon had a rich crop of universe only characters as in it other than Rocksteady and Bebop. Like Krang and the multitude of mutants and aliens that came about. Like the Punk frogs and Mondo Gecko and Bug Man. It hard to choose.

I will have to go with Archie. Some of them got quite interesting. Problem with the OT was that it had one too many mad scientists/aliens du jour. I liked some of the NT ones. But Archie stands out the most.

The problem with the 1987 cartoon was that almost every episode was a single episode. It didn't give the same opportunity to create good storries.

I am gonna have to say the Old toon. becaus eof the number of episodes there were a TON of characters that were pretty awesome. I disliked that many were only used once while the SHredder and his gang got another episode about getting a crystal to power the technodrome. But that is by far my favorite universe.

I would have to say the 4kids one. But maybe that is simply because the orginal characters where around for more then one or two shows and got fleshed out more. I mean the 80's had some very awsome characters but they where there and gone again.

I have to say Bishop is probably my favorite because you see him as a bad guy to start and then in FF he is the Presidant of Earth. His arc is redemption which I thought was cool.

I have to give it to TMNT Adventures. Every version has its own unique characters that I really like, but the Adventures-only cast is absolutely enormous, and gave us a lot of really colorful villains and heroes. Null and Armaggon, we hardly knew ye.

The 4Kids characters were really a mixed bag. For every cool idea (Ch'rell, Bishop, Sh'Okanabo), you have one total bore (Silver Sentry, the Ancient One, Kahn).

And as has been mentioned, the 1987 show came up with some great characters, but they just weren't used enough.

As if there's any doubt how I answered...:P
