Raphael: Big Trouble in Chinatown

Has anyone ever read this book? Is it any good? A brief description on amazon.com says something along the lines of "Raphael drops by Chinatown after taking a stroll through the sewers. A man named Fe Shen gives him a map to the sewers." Doesn't say much else, didn't really have anything at all? So, anybody read it?
