April and Shadow?
 

I really don't even know where to being here... I honestly can't even recall one single interaction between April and Shadow (My poor little brain can only come up with a small handfull of panels that they're in together!).

Obviously April is her adoptive mother, but have they ever had any moments? Good or bad?

Right before April left on her "Waaa!! Im no longer human!" trip she and Shadow had an "I love you and shall call you mom!" bonding moment.

Sounds hot.

They, um, have a picnic together at the end of "City at War"? And in that Tales issue where Casey's inner demon manifests, they both work together to help him.

But, yeah, they don't seem to have a whole lot of moments together. I don't think they interact during the entirety of Volume 2.

At the beginning of Volume 4, when April's going to the doctor with Casey, Shadow is with Splinter and she seems worried. Also, April's the first person Shadow calls when the "alien invasion". They don't appear together, but it shows their relationship.

But, it's true, they hardly interact.

April did cry when Shadow was kidnapped by gangsters.

Stuuuuupid. I mean, April and Casey have been engaged since Shaow was a baby... you know April was pretty much her mom the whole time. But of course they have to do something corny with it.
