Tetris sound in The Showdown

I was just watching the old toon episode "The Showdown", a red sky episode from Season 9, and noticed after the turtles destroyed Dregg's hypnotizing transmitter, in the Dreggnaught, when High Tech told Dregg he needed to capture 2 turtles, when that computer combined the atoms into 1, the sound it made sounded just like in the Tetris NES game when you move the blocks in the air. Has anyone ever noticed that before?
