Film School Application Scene
 

I have to write a scene between two people who are in a house and one wants to leave but the other wants them to stay. My idea was that it's a mother who's trying to ground her teenage son and keep him home but he happens to be a ninja. I think thinking about how hard it must be to ground ninjas since they can just "ninja vanish" whenever they want. So I want to come up with some booby traps that the mother can set to keep him home. Any ideas?

Bear traps, land mines, pits, kittens w/ concealed weapons, images of his hero, etc... Some are just diversions for other trapping methods to kick in.

If the teenager kid is a ninja ...Why his mom is not going to be a ninja too?...:D

You can start as "normal" mom trying to keep him at home with sweet words, reasons, cookies and candies,and after that : Blackmailing... and other tecnics everybody know about parents!!! :lol::lol::lol:

Is it sad my mind immediately went to Home Alone style traps? :P

I like the idea of the mother going ninja on him in the end like the stepmother in "Drunkenmaster."
