Tournament Fighters on SNES, if I remember correctly.

Why would it freak you out?

There's just something about the way everything's drawn, all the Turtles' expressions, their two-frame animations, Donnie's round, blinking eyes, Mikey chomping the pizza without moving his teeth... I dunno, it just creeps me out somehow.

I was thinking Tournament Fighters but wanted to make sure. Never actually played it myself, but I think I've played every other 16-bit TMNT game.

Yes it is Tournament Fighters on the snes. It looked cool years ago but it does look a bit weird now.

I see now that Raph is polishing his sai...at first it looked like he was doing something else... :tlol:
