I think what he's trying to tell ya is that he doesnt care in which series they appeared if they did, he just wants to know if they did :D
I cant say ive seen any of the characters ya mentioned in the comics tho, in fact i dont know who doctor el is :D

well ive just seen the comic #8 and it looks like metal head is good. For someone with the knowledge is he the same metalhead that was a bad robot turtle?

Well, metalhead is a robot that looks like a ninja turtle, he was bad in the cartoon and then turned good by donatello, if he looks like a robotic turtle then that's probably the same character azraelito's talking about.

but in volume four there is this robot i think. he looks human and the call him metalhead

The human-looking Metalhead in the Mirage comics is a different character from the turtle-looking Metalhead from the old cartoon.

I have no idea...well he did appeared in the toon, but i cant remember him in any archies or mirage.
Let alone image, doesnt seems like a character that'd come outta image anyways.
You know, he seems to be one of those characters thrown in the night of the rogues episode so that playmates could sell the toy, there's not even any info of the character on the net not considering the toy, so i bet the answer is no, he didnt appeared in any comics.
As for doctor el...i dunno who that is, are you completely sure that's his name?Maybe you're refering to baxter azra :D
