Rob Paulsen said this guy should voice Raph...could he be?
 

On Twitter someone asked Rob Paulsen:
Nobody could ever replace your Rapahel but if you could pick one actor to voice Raph, who?
And his response:
Charlie Schlatter.
So, those of you who were in Burbank, is this him?

Charlie Sheen should be Raph.

Depends which Raph they're going for, maybe he'll sound like the classic New Yorker version.

Yeah I've been looking for bits of him in animation and he'd be ok for a young Raph. I always thought 4Kids' Raph sounded like a 45 year old chain smoker.

Charlie and Rob were in Loonatics Unleashed together. Charlie was Ace Bunny while Rob was Rev Runner. Currently tho he's Dr. Mindbender in G.I Joe Renegades.

i'm watching his work (Charlie Schlatter) he can pull a good raphael.

That would totally work. Especially if they are going for cocky and sarcastic.

Yeah, and then he could have a break down and cost us a series....

He should totally do it.

He's voicing Kick Buttowski and voiced Ace from Loonatics. A mix of both could maybe work.

Nah, Charlie Sheen should voice Shredder. Then he could say that with the tiger blood running through his veins, he will crush the Turtles.

As for this other guy, I haven't heard his voice, but it would be nice for him to do it if he could.

Then they can write the Shredder out of the show! Brilliant!

Charlie does sound like he has a good voice, but not as Raphael. He should do Michelangelo, that way the character doesn’t sound like he comes from California.

You forgot to mention his fire-breathing fists!

I was the twitter user who asked him (Sketch1984) and I was surprised he answered actually. So it was much appreciated.

Charlie Schlatter could make a good Raphael if you're going for wise guy but I guess it's confirmed that it's not him.

I'm hoping for the Brooklyn accent personally.
