Was it ever concluded where he was from? If I had to guess, I'd say Junklantis or Sons Of The Silent Age, but I don't recall him being in either one. But, TMNT4KIDS mentioned about that time that some of these designs were interstitial exclusives, right?

In all seriousness, unless it's in a short, which would seem silly to do a one off design like that, I don't remember it in the series proper.

The one on the right was a disguise used in "Monster Hunter" to trick Abigail Finn. Donny and Casey also used the same disguise.

The one on the left, however, never appeared anywhere in the series. And where they would have had it I'm not sure.

I wish T4K were still around. Even if he were no longer our liaison with 4Kids Entertainment, he was still a great guy and a lot of fun to have around. You could tell he was a fan of the material outside of being an employee.
