Does Carter know about Shredder and Krang?

In The Unknown Ninja, Carter said only Hamato Yoshi could have taught the Turtles their fighting style. He didn't say anything about how the Shredder stole the Foot Clan's leadership from him or anything.

And in Carter The Enforcer, Carter said the only evil alien life form he knows about is Dregg. Does this mean he's never heard of Krang?

I never thought about it, but wasn't Carter around when Krang and Shredder showed up in like...season 9 (I think it was)...or was it 10? He had to have seen them then.

He seemed to know all about the Turtles (well except that Hamato Yoshi was Splinter) so I think he knew about Shredder and Krang, too.

Wasn't Carter deciding wether or not to stay with the Turtles during those episodes? I think he wasn't really around when they saw Shredder and Krang.

Carter went back to college just before the turtles found out that Shredder and Krang came back to earth, so he wasn't around when they had to rescue April in the taxi and the red car. Carter was with them in Turtles To The Second Power but he didn't act like he knew them. He only talks about Dregg being the villain.
