what issues does ninjara play a huge part in? i have 29-31 but other than that im looking for what ones to buy. thanks

Only one I can think of is Moon Eyes, but she plays a big part through all isses since her intro except the 5 part future story arc and any realing dealing with mike being blind (maybe 3 issues)

Well, she was a main character up until practically the end of the series. I'd call it all important. :)
